Complete the order form below or call us to reserve your beef - Large Beef, Box, or Sampler
For Box and Sampler orders, we will contact you to finalize your order and give you your estimated delivery date
For Large Beef orders, our service team will contact you to gather some information and provide you with the available finishing options. Once we have completed this step, we will charge you a deposit, then we will complete the process of raising and finishing an animal for you on our ranch according to the methods and standards you can see on the OUR BEEF PAGE
As your animal nears readiness, we will contact you to review the cut order in preparation for sending your beef to the processor
Your animal will be delivered to the processor on the date you selected

In the world of custom beef orders, JnS Ranch strives to achieve the pinnacle of service and quality. In our process, you are purchasing an interest or share in a live animal that will be finished and prepared to your specifications. Depending on the length chosen for dry aging, your beef will be ready for delivery or pickup approximately two to three weeks after it is harvested.

Starting Your Custom Order is Easy!

Place your order to reserve your Large Beef, Box, or Sampler using the form below, or you can call us directly for assistance.
After completing the order, we will invoice you for Box or Sampler. For Large Beef, we will invoice you for a deposit - $500 for whole, $300 for half, or $250 for quarter
Sit back and relax! For Box or Sampler, your beef will ship ASAP. For Large Beef orders, when your harvesting date approaches, we will contact you to guide you through completing your custom cut processing order. CLICK HERE for our cut guide.
When your beef is brought for processing, we will record the final hang weight and generate your invoice based on the recorded weight.
Payment is due in full prior to delivery or at the time of pickup.

Payments are due in full upon final delivery for the balance due after the deposit is applied. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. a 3% processing fee will be applied to credit card purchases on the final balance. There is no fee to use a credit card for the deposit.
